Black Panther: Wakanda Forever easily tops the list of most anticipated films from the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The film is the next installment of the 2018 hit directed by Ryan Coogler. Like the teaser, the new trailer also pays homage to the late actor Chadwick Boseman who played the superhero in the original. It also introduces a new hero and threat.
The Black Panther: Wakanda Forever trailer opens with a voiceover that says, “Only the most broken people can be great leaders”. We see Wgrieving T’Challa at his funeral before getting into some action scenes. It offers a look at Letitia Wright, Angela Bassett and Lupita Nyong’o who are reprising their roles. We also get insights on the much-talked-about Namor (Tench Huerta) and stunning underwater sequences. It ends with a shot of the new Black Panther who will take on the mantle.

Apart from the emotional recall of Chadwick Boseman’s Black Panther and setting up the main conflict, one of the trailer’s revelations seems to be Riri Williams aka Ironheart (Dominique Thorne). She seems to be working on building something before we get a brief look at her in action.
The trailer doesn’t reveal who the new hero is but we do see that the Black Panther suit has been tweaked with gold accents. Who is it?
Guess we’ll find out when Black Panther: Wakanda Forever will hit screens on November 11, 2022.
