On the surface, it may seem like Jayson Waller is living an attractive life. And usually, he is today. But this was not always the case with him.
His childhood was far away. He grew up in a trailer park, thought to be smaller than his peers, and never finished high school. It was at this point that he faced another challenge — he was on his way to becoming a father at a young age.
Today, his life is very different from the stressful and chaotic life he experienced as a child.
Now the founder and CEO of POWERHOME SOLAR ™, a business that wants to become a billion-dollar business, has a popular podcast called True Underdog, and has published Own Your Power. POWERHOME SOLAR now has more than 2,200 employees and is close to $ 600 million a year. Prior to that, he had built three multimillion-dollar businesses out of nothing. And in 2019, he became one of the first non-ivy-
league MBA to win the Ernst and Young Emerging Entrepreneur of the Year Award.
But he says he is not obsessed with money or compliments, though this is very good.
“I want to make a positive impact on people’s lives,” says Waller. I have found the good you put in the world, it comes back to you, like karma. It is contagious and what you do to those closest to you will also be shown to you. That had a lot to do with my success. If I am able to share the good news and encourage others, then I will be among those who support me. ”
His journey and success brought him to his modern career – helping to motivate and prepare others to change their lives just as he did.
He explains: “There is no such thing as an easy climb, which is why it is so important. But it is possible only if you climb stairs, climb step by step to achieve your goal. If my story helps others get to the top or come back after hitting an obstacle because they saw me do it, then I am changing.
This is a very important task, but it is very important now that the world is facing economic instability and rapid job change.
Since the epidemic, people have realized that no work is safe. This has brought many businesses, full-time businesses, and full-time businesses. But a lot of compassion is high. It is not just a technical skill like doing a job or making something necessary to make things work. You too
you need to know yourself. Soft skills, such as how to develop the right attitude, setting and achieving goals, and starting to fail are also important.
Waller says it is important to have a strategy, not only for the way you work in your business, but also for the way you move throughout life. And that’s why he released his latest book, Own Your Power, as a multidisciplinary approach. It is based on eight principles that he used to transform his life. The same principles that took him to become a broken teenager with a child along the way
to be a successful and wealthy businessman.
Waller explains, “I learned a lot from studying the Bible. Hopefully, my book teaches readers some of these things without having them. If not, then start an inspiration that begins to rise to their top. Each chapter reflects a lesson I have learned on my journey to success. They can be
for those who want to make a difference in their lives. ”
As economic uncertainty grows, driven by rising prices, inflation, and cooperation, more and more people will want to take control of their lives. Especially considering that many are starting to look at how to fulfill their passion instead of staying in a job or business that is no longer promoted.
You can create this method by trial and error. But when I do this on my own, I can always prove that it is always best to avoid mistakes by following a proven track record. And the points made in Waller’s book, Own Your Power, are a surefire way to think about how he was treated.
