The United States Securities and Exchange Commission, or SEC, has officially rejected VanEck’s stock exchange portfolio after months after the company had offered its services.

According to Friday’s reservation, the SEC rejection legal change from Cboe BZX Exchange to record and sell shares of VanEck’s Bitcoin (BTCBelieve. Specifically, the SEC stated that changes to any law in favor of the ETF “could not be made to protect fraud and fraudulent practices” or to “protect investors and the public interest.”
