Most of us remember school well so we remember the scale, 90% above, “A” and then by ten, we go down from there. Katie Porter was a law professor when she joined Congress and thus fondly remembers reading scales and used her experience with the process to explain to Louis DeJoy why he could prove his failure as a postmaster general.
The study found that by the end of 2020, mail delivery was about 92 percent – that is, 92 percent of mail arrived on time, “Porter said in a whisper, carrying a white board showing more.” This dropped to 80 percent by the fall of 2020, and by January 2021 rose by about 61 percent. I realize this has gone up a bit since then, but I want to ask you, when did Mr. DeJoy take over the post? Do you know? “
“Summer of 2020,” the witness said.
All of us who remember in school can know what’s coming, which happens when a person goes down from above 90% to about 60%. It is best to combine an appendectomy with someone who is repeating the course. We did not see any indication that DeJoy needed immediate medical attention.
“I am a professor, and I did many degrees,” says Porter. “And 92 are widely regarded as A-minus, 80 are considered downtrodden, followed by B. The Postal Service delivers 48 percent of letters worldwide. It’s an organization, and the economy of the people. And we let it get all over the place, you got it, and let it get to the D-minus level. “
Had DeJoy been injected with a serum of truth, he may have told Rep. Porter says he is doing what he was asked to do and he does the job swim.
DeJoy represents special carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and others. This was a working idea why Trump put him first. Obviously, encryption carriers benefit with each step USPS lowers reliable ladders. Seeing that, DeJoy could have said he was doing the job for which he was hired. Of course, that is not the evidence that a person would give to a professor like Porter, who could represent such a student for fraud, perhaps expelling the student from school.
Sending correspondence on time has come down to Postmaster Louis DeJoy — forcing former soldiers to wait longer for treatment, officials to pay off debts without their Social Security checks, and territories to disassociate.
