An Arizona man claims to be an Indian to sell his timber to unsuspecting clients.

The artist has lured his legacy as a member of the San Carlos Apache Tribe to sell his paintings at low prices, government aides have said.
Lewis Anthony Rath, 52, works as a professional woodcutter and timber maker – he says his pieces were made in India ‘.
Rath is said to have made the collectors believe he was buying a real American cartoon – when his parents came from Mexico.

Agent from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service was told by Rath that ‘his biological mother told him he had Indian blood that could be Apache. However, he explained that he later found out through a DNA test that he had Mayan parents from Mexico Daily Beast reports.
