Wrexham AFC is a non-playing club in the fifth round of the English football pyramid (the most popular Premier League above), which means they are unlikely to participate in FIFA matches. Fortunately for Wrexham, not just any club, but (professionally Wales) team affiliated with Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney – that’s why it’s so far away inside FIFA 22.

Wrexham, based in Wales but playing in the English National Soccer League, will appear in Kick Off mode in the “Rest of the World” category. EA signed a multi-year contract with the club that includes “promises to the Wrexham club and its fans,” the company said.

Some international clubs may be interested in the decision, but Wrexham bring a good reputation with Reynolds as its owner. “All the World” is an important part of the culture, climate and recreational areas. If you are planning to visit ‘Rest of the World,’ please consider visiting Wrexham, “he said in a sassy video.
